An attempt's consumption map (ADR-0056). Bare = the attempt behind the step's current evidence; `?attempt=` = that attempt. Read at the run's tenant. Fetched lazily by the step pane's Outputs tab — deliberately NOT part of the polled run-status DTO.

What an attempt consumed (ADR-0056): the map upstream step id → attempt id stamped at its launch — the durable answer to “which generation of
build did test actually build on?” after a mid-run restart leaves the
run a patchwork of attempt generations. attempt names the attempt the
map belongs to; empty map = nothing recorded (no upstream evidence, or a
pre-ADR-0056 attempt).
